Wolf Creek Golf Resort is a premier 36 hole golf facility located in Central Alberta. Wolf Creek is consistently ranked top 20 in Canada by Score Golf. We are currently looking for a Jr. Sous Chef to join our culinary brigade.

Duties:
You are accountable to ensure that the quality, quantity and presentation of all food meet the standards as set out by the Executive Chef. Food preparation, cooking and maintaining a clean kitchen environment is essential. You will assist producing products according to ala carte services & mass quantity production. Maintaining efficient kitchen operations is important through a solid understanding of health and safety practices. You will aid in leading and supporting culinary personnel. Executing an exceptional dining experiences to the clubs members and clientele is mandatory. Leading by example with a hands on approach is a necessity. Must have proven success at an equal position in a high volume establishment.

The contract term will be 6 months commencing April 15 and terminated Oct 15
