This is a great position for someone who really enjoys interacting with the public in a fun/positive way. There are currently 3 part-time positions available (1 position approx 24hrs/wk, 2 positions approx 35hrs/wk), starting mid-March SUMMARY: -This is a front-line customer service position, which requires a detail-oriented person with an outgoing personality. -Sales and/or golf experience are an asset. -Must be able to remain calm and positive in busy and potentially stressful situations. A positive attitude is key. -Fluency in a second language will be considered an asset, but is not a requirement of the position
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: welcome visitors; sell and book golf lessons; take lesson payments and balance payments daily; operate a multi-line phone system; retrieve messages from email and voicemail and forwards to appropriate personnel; maintain and operates fax machines; performs other clerical duties as needed.
