Your responsibility as a member of the Golf Shop team is to provide our guests with unparalleled customer service.
The ideal candidate(s) will possess the following:
Experience in a high level customer service oriented facility.
Ability to work within a team environment and individually.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in a high-end retail environment.
Like to work hard, have fun, and make a person?s day.
Other beneficial (but not essential) qualifications:
Enrolled in a post secondary institution - golf management / hospitality focus.
Experience in a high level customer service oriented golf course.
As the successful candidate, you possess an exceptional work ethic and service mentality. You are a very personable and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working within a team environment. You have proven customer service skills and place a high value on personal improvement. Your work experience and educational pursuits reflect these qualities.
Salary and Benefits Include:
Starting at $13.50/hour

Silvertip Resort is open year round in Canmore, Alberta. Our majestic golf course is open from May to mid October, while our new clubhouse is open year round, providing a variety of food & beverage options and a golf shop with everything a golfer would want.
Located on the sunny side of Canmore, Silvertip is more than 600 acres of majestic mountain peaks, grasslands, thick forest and valleys in the Canadian Rockies.
