The Maintenance season runs from April to October.
If you have a true passion for the outdoors and golf, this is the department for you! Join the grounds crew working ?Where nature plays through?. On the sunny side of Canmore, develop a career in Turf Care offering a variety of different duties, no two days will be the same.
Duties:
Operate all types of mowing equipment maintaining greens, aprons, tees, collars, fairways, rough, around trees, fence lines, banks and hillsides; edges cart paths, rakes, edges and maintains sand bunkers.
Golf course set up on tees and greens according to daily rotation; removes debris and weeds; divots the golf course and repairs ball marks.
Waters and fertilizes tees, greens, fairways, and rough.
Irrigation maintenance.
Golf course construction and landscaping projects.
Ensure quality and attention to detail exists in all work performed (accurate, thorough and timely)
Demonstrate a positive, friendly and outgoing attitude at all times.
Demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Exhibit a willingness to learn new tasks.
Exhibit teamwork and the ability to work with others to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Experience/Background Preferred:
No specific education requirements required.
Salary and Benefits Include:
Starting at $12.00 per hour

Silvertip Resort is open year round in Canmore, Alberta. Our majestic golf course is open from May to mid October, while our new clubhouse is open year round, providing a variety of food & beverage options and a golf shop with everything a golfer would want.
Located on the sunny side of Canmore, Silvertip is more than 600 acres of majestic mountain peaks, grasslands, thick forest and valleys in the Canadian Rockies.
