Food & Beverage Servers
Full-time, Part-time and On-call positions are available.
Your responsibility as a Food & Beverage Server is to provide friendly, efficient "service beyond" to our clients while maintaining a professional demeanor in all areas of Food and Beverage.
Duties:
• To be punctual and well groomed at all time.
• To be knowledgeable about the menu and wine list that is offered.
• To work in all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation, including Stoney’s Bar and Grill, Rustica Dining Room, Concessions and Banquets.
• Willing to work various shifts and times.
• To assist with room set ups as required, following the Banquet Event Orders.
• To take food and beverage orders and ensure prompt delivery and quality of the product when working in either dining rooms.
• To service banquet functions, following the Banquet Event Orders and standards of service that are set out by Silvertip Resort.
• To present cheques properly and ensure cash-outs are correctly completed.
• To maintain the cleanliness of your work area.
• To complete mis en place and daily duties as required.
• Work well as a team player and representative of the Food and Beverage Department.
Experience/Background Preferred:
• 1 year experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Squirrel an asset.
• Wine knowledge an asset.
Salary and Benefits Include:
• $8.80 per hour plus tips
